1 card bound to the account
If there is only a card bound to your account and you still have ongoing orders, you will not be able to delete your card information. Please note that every account will require at least a card so that the payments can be deducted successfully. You will not be able to delete this card unless you have added another card and set the latter as "Primary". There needs to have at least one card to be in your active account.
More than 1 card bound to the account
If the card is not set as "Primary", you can delete the card information in the app
Select the card you wish to remove
Do note that all the payments will be deducted from the card tagged "Primary" by default. If you have ongoing orders, you will not be able to delete this card unless you have added another card and set the latter as "Primary". There needs to have at least one card to be in your active account to deduct the outstanding bills.
