Step-by-step guide on issuing a customer refund:

Enter the merchandise transaction page by clicking the transaction ID

Click the “Refund” button at the bottom

Input the refund amount, which can be either full or partial (For full refund, amount is equal to transaction amount)
- Atome will refund to customer in 1-2 days and depending on bank's processing time it would take 10-15 business days for customer to receive the refund from us. Refund confirmation and details will be reflected on the “History” section on the right side of the page
