Atome encourages prompt payments and will send customers a notification of upcoming payment 1 day before it is due.
If the auto-deduction fails on the due day, customers' accounts will be frozen on the next day. They will be required to pay all outstanding amounts due on their account, together with an admin fee upon each deferred payment. For more info, please click here.
Once customers have cleared all existing owing, their accounts will be unfrozen and they’d be able to use Atome again.
